# Setting up a bank account

Agencies who would like to onboard to RedeemSG will require a **bank account** and **API access** to allow RedeemSG to programatically transfer funds to merchants at the end of each day. 

Currently, RedeemSG is integrated with DBS and OCBC bank. Do reach out to your Finance team on whether your agency already has a DBS/OCBC bank account that can be used for your voucher campaign.
